Healthy Breakfast Ideas

hey guys!
 
One thing that can make or break your day is breakfast. I know that sounds a bit weird, but seriously, starting with a good, healthy breakfast can give you a major energy burst that will last throughout the day. So I decided to share with you some of my healthy breakfast options, including several for girls on the go (like myself) who seem to never have time to sit down and eat in the morning.

01 . Vanilla Chex with Almond Milk
This gluten-free cereal is healthy and seriously good, and extra sweet tasting with some almond milk.
 
02 . Chobani Greek yogurt with Granola
I am super obsessed with greek yogurt, and it is a great way to get some protein in the morning. The granola adds a bit of extra flavor and crunch.
 
03 . NutriGrain Low fat waffles with Nutella
Since these waffles are super healthy for you, why not indulge in a little bit of Nutella in the morning?
 
04 . Luna Protein bars
These bars taste so amazingly delish, it's hard to believe they are actually healthy for you! A great option for breakfast on the go as well.
 
05 . Belvita Breakfast biscuits
Another on the go breakfast, these are basically like breakfast cookies. They are great for dipping into coffee or cocoa on a cold Monday morning.
