My favorite perfumes

Julia's favorite perfumes
hey guys.

Today I wanted to share with you a few of my favorite perfumes!

01 . "Honey" by Mark Jacobs

This is my current, and possibly all time, favorite. It has a light, sweet floral fragrance that is fresh and not too strong. I wear this every single day and I never get tired of it.

02 . Coach "Poppy"

This is a bright, citrus fragrance. It has a blend of fruity and floral, and is great if you younger and newer to perfume.

03 . "Dot" by Marc Jacobs

An energetic and fruity perfume, perfect for most people and the adorable packaging is a plus.

04 . "Daisy" Marc Jacobs

This is a more mature, floral scent than the "Dot" perfume, and perfect for anyone who loves a fresh, floral scent.

05 . Vera Wang "Princess"

A sheer, fruity-floral fragrance that has apple and vanilla, perfect for almost any girl, especially in middle or high school.

06 . "Pink Sugar"

The ultimate girly girl fragrance, this is basically everything sweet in a bottle.

07 . "Chloe"

A rich, warm, feminine scent that more mature than some of the other fragrances.

How to decorate your room

How to decorate your room
hey guys.

So today I wanted to give you guys a few ideas on how to decorate your rooms. None of these are very expensive, and they are simple, easy ways to give your room a personal touch.

01 . Get some cute decorative pillows.
Changing your bedding often can get expensive, so I would recommend getting a neutral bedding set with a neutral comforter and mixing it up with different sizes and textures of pillows and even throw blankets.

02 . Make your walls an art gallery.
Whether it's printing out your favorite tumblr pictures of framing your own photography, spice up your boring walls with pictures that will make you smile whenever you see them.

03 . Hang Christmas lights.
No, they're not just for the holidays. You can use them in your room all year long and they are great for dim lighting.

04 . Display your accessories in a cute way.
Get rid of unnecessary clutter by using cute jewelry trays, creative makeup storage, hidden shelves, or other containers. Not only will your room look cleaner, but you will also be less stressed when you are in a clean space.

05 . Add candles.
Not only are they cute decorations, but they will keep your room smelling great. I love Bath and Body Works candles, and they come in many sizes and scents. If you're reluctant to light candles in your room, flameless candles are a great alternative.

Okay guys, those are just a few of my room decor ideas. Comment below how YOU decorate your room! Bye!

My Current Makeup Routine

hey guys.

Today I'm gonna go through my current makeup routine. This changes a lot, so if you want me to keep making updated ones, comment below. Here we go!

So first I apply my Loreal True Match Lumi foundation. I use two pumps of this on the back of my hand and then I blend it out using my beauty blender sponge.

Then, I apply the Covergirl's fresh complexion concealer under my eyes and on any spots on my face and I blend it in with my beauty blender sponge.

Next I dot Benefit's "Benetint" along the apples of my cheeks and blend it out with my fingers for a sheer, rosy glow.

Then I take my Milani eyeshadow primer and blend a little bit onto my eyelids.

For eyeshadow, I use the Lorac Pro palette. I use Champagne on the inner half of my eyelid and Light Bronze on the outer half, then I blend them in with a blending brush. I take the color Mauve and brush it in my crease and in the outer corner of my eyelid, I add the color Pewter (a shimmery brown-purple color).

Then I curl my lashes with my Revlon eyelash curler, apply my They're Real mascara, and apply a thin line of elf liquid liner to my top lash line.

For lips, I apply my eos lip balm and then a thin layer of my NYX lip gloss in the shade "creme brulee".

That's all for my current makeup routine! If you have any questions on where to purchase any of the products I mentioned, than comment below and I will help you as best as I can! Bye!

Review: Benefit's "Benetint" Lip and Cheek Stain

Hey everyone! Today I'll be reviewing Benefit's "Benetint", a lip and cheek stain, that was gifted to my by my friend, fashionablychic. I have to start by saying this product is pretty unique; It's packaging reminds me of a nail polish. I use it by dotting a few small dots along my cheeks and quickly blending it in. A little goes a long way with this product, and it gives you a healthy looking glow that lasts throughout the day. The only negative thing is that a little bottle costs $30, which is pretty steep. I would recommend trying a sample size of this product, like I did, before spending a fortune on a full size. Overall, I would give this product a 4 out of 5, and it would be a 5 if it were any less expensive. If you would like to try this product, you can purchase a full size here. Any other products you would like me to review? Leave a comment below and I'll make sure to try it. Bye!

How to keep your New Year's Resolutions

How to keep your New Year's Resolutions
It's finally 2014, and for a lot of us, that means fresh starts and new beginnings. Making resolutions is a great way to set goals, but for me, my resolutions don't last much past february...

So I've decided to give you guys some tips to help you to finally acheive those resolutions and make 2014 your best year yet!

1. Be specific.

A resolution like "Eat healthier" is great, but something like "Eat more vegetables" or "Drink more water" is even better.

2. Divide your big goals into smaller goals.

Sometimes when you give yourself a big goal like to "Exercise every day", it can be slightly overwhelming. Try to start with 3 days a week, and then gradually increase, or you could exercise for 10 minutes a day and work up to an hour a day.

3. Have friends support you.

Use peer pressure to your advantage. Have your friends check up on you and see how you are doing on your goals throughout the year and you will stay motivated until next December (:

Now here's my resolution for this year:

1. Blog 4 times a month.
2. Post 2-3 times a week on Polyvore.
3. Take more photos.
4. Try something new.
5. Make a new friend.
6. Stop procrastinating.
7. Keep life more organized.
8. Exercise twice a week.
9. Join a tip account (or 2.. or 3...)
10.Be more adventurous.

I hope this helps you guys out! Comment below your resolutions for this year. Happy 2014 everyone!
